bumper pad fix

just came up with an easy fix for a loose bumper pad. instead of goop or epoxy or even a threaded stud. i took a 1-1/4 in lag bolt and screwed it into the bumper pad through the hole on the bumper with a washer on it. i predrilled the pad a little so i could get the bolt started, it worked great and is holding solid. You must be careful not to use too long a lag-bolt and pop through the bumper pad.
