I got my car back! Yay!

Subject line says all... I think I may drive it to work tomorrow, since I didn't even get to drive it home from the shop (I was driving Vlad the Impala.)

Let's hope that there are no more issues with this thing...

nate

Good deal. Don't forget to take the roof out.

A little chilly this AM to have the roof off but you better believe it is still off right now.

Unfortunately I think I stripped one of the gears (again) removing the roof. @#$%#%^ thing. Some things never change.

Car runs great now, whatever they did to the DME (supposedly resoldering three joints) seems to have done the do. Just curious, does the cruise control module have a similar problem with solder joints? It's intermittent, and I'd like to have it working to avoid the revenue patrol (it is real hard to hold 55 MPH in 70 MPH traffic...)

Up here in Canada, it's nice enough weather to take it out for a spin but it will be better than a month before the rains wash all the salt and sand off the roads. Will have to wait or expect all kinds of damage.
