Is that quote including shipping? I figured $18.50 for just the parts.

Well, it's $10 for the gasket, $1.25 for the seal, $1.25 for the space washer, $3 for two shims, and $3 for two 'o' rings, which is $18.50. But if you look at the wrong 'o' rings you can easily make it add up to $27 - OK that was my mistake.

alright im ordering the stuff, im getting all the stuff mentioned and oil filter and air filter.

is there any other seals or gaskets or filters, or hoses that would be reccomended to replace to prevent anything else happening. josh

Review this current post: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-924-944-968-technical-forum/338833-oil-coolant.html and get new oil pressure relief valve o-rings and the aluminum crush washer for the oil pressure relief valve. Squeeze your hoses and check for soft spots or just change them. Get a new thermostat and thermostat outer seal. This is more of the easy stuff. Since this is your 2nd 944 you have the experience.
