Identify this part

I found this (cover?) in the rear compartment of my car and was wondering where in the world this thing goes.

It goes behind/under the fuse/relay panel to hide/protect the rats' nest of wiring coming from that panel. The metal tab on that cover lines up with a tab on the bottom of the fuse/relay panel mounting bracket. It takes some maneuvering to get it positioned back in there.
