Power Steering Tensioner

One of the threaded bits on my power steering belt tensioner (strut?) has snapped. (number 21 in this diagram: http://www.pelicanparts.com/PartsLookup/HTML/944_2_USA_85_88_KATALOG/403-02-Frame6.htm )

Pelican has a 'geniune porsche' replacement for ~45 bucks.

Is this a common, interchangable item that I should be able to pick up at my local autozone, or will i need to go OEM with it?

Look for a used one for much cheaper. They usaully snap due to bad motor mounts.
