944 front spindle differences

i have a 87 944 non turbo with abs. the spindle is bent, track incident. Does anyone know if I can use any year 944 spindle for replacement (I know not the turbo) But can I use any year and does the donor car have to be an abs car too??

It must be a late offset spindle, so from '87 - '89. For the time being you can run a non-abs spindle..i would pull the fuse to disable the pump, but you might have to live with a warning light on the dash.

I figured I might as well bring this back up since I have a similar question. I have an 86 944 na, and my driver's spindle is a little dinged up from a bearing rubbing on it with no grease for far too long. Can I use ANY 83-86 spindle? Or does it have to be an 85.5-86 spindle?

Thanks!
