Pelican Parts Forums - New Seats Installed! Questions though...

The power on these seats do not work as well. The old seats didn't work either. The previous owner of the new seats said they worked fine when they were removed. I do not suspect it's the switches on the seat as a result. Fuse #6 was empty so I replaced it with a new fuse. Neither switch works, however. What else determines the seat circuit? Which ground does it use? What else should I check?
Storing the new seats for 5 months ended up producing some mold on the new seats. Most of it came off, but there is some serious discoloration from the moisture, even after cleaning, on the driver's side (left in pic) seat. :( You can see it here:

What can I do to attempt to remove this? Is it something I can remove to begin with?
