80-120 grade open sandpaper (not wet and dry) then add sander or elbow grease. (cheapest)
Chemical paint stripper then 180 open paper and elbow grease. If this is your first time at painting use a rubbing block for the paper and sand in circular directions it does not matter if it is wax on or wax off
