No start 86 951-- injectors not firing

I just completed an intake refresh/venturi delete on my 951.

I have excellent fuel pressure, 3 bar, tested with old DME relay, new DME relay and jumper.

I have spark, tested with timing light.

The injectors are not spraying any fuel. They were cleaned/flowed by withhunter.

All the injectors pass click test with a 9V battery. I can even put in the jumper, and get each injector to spray fuel into a bottle by hitting it with the 9v battery.

I verified my injector harness is not broken/cracked with DME pin 14/15 and KLR pin 6.

My S&R sensors both work, I replaced one that had a messed up connector with the matching one from the 924S in the process of troubleshooting the no start.

I hooked up my multimeter to one of the injector clips, when I turn the key to "ON" I get 2V. When I crank the car I still get 2V at the clip, no change.

I pulled the DME and opened it up, nothing looks burned, scorched or funny....

I dont know what else could be wrong....

Do you have a noid light? This will tell you if the DME is supplying the pulse to the injectors. I re-read what you wrote. the 2 volt reading, is that the voltage between the two leads to the injector or reading to a ground point?

I do not have a noid light. Is that something that I can pick up at a Pep Boys??

The 2v I measured is between the two leads to the injector
