Putting Cam Tower back onto head, Wont seat
Im trying to put the cam tower back onto the head, i have the tower in positions but it wont go all the way down. Can somebody tell me how to get this thing on, thanks josh

There are 2 dowels, one on the front and one on the back. Make sure these are going in the holes in the cam tower.
The cam tower will sit above the head about 3/4" due to the valve springs no being compressed. Once you insert the bolts and start tightening them the springs will compress. Is your flywheel locked at TDC? Is you cam at TDC? Make sure to tighten the cam tower bolts evenly and a little at a time so the tower does not bind. Also make sure the valves are actualy inside the cup on the lifters. Speedy ![]()

Good advice. Tighten in x-pattern starting from the center most bolts.
