Anyone in Bellvue, WA--help checking out a car needed
 

I'm thinking about buying an '88 924S in Bellvue, Washington for use as a driver and to try out autocrossing at some of the local PCA events. Car looks good in pix, supposedly has very low miles, but is at a dealership and I've discovered that the odometer is broken, so actual miles cannot be verified. I'm posting here and in some other forums to see if:

a) someone might be able to go and take a look at the car and give me a firsthand report of what it looks like "in person." I've talked to the dealer and he didn't readily cough up the info on the broken odometer until I asked him about it (Carfax report shows it has the same mileage today as it did in 2005). He claims it's been "in storage", etc. I don't really care about verifying the mileage, since it's going to be a driver, but I want to make sure the car looks as good/clean in person as it does in the pix.

b) if it looks good, then I can have the dealer take it somewhere for a PPI and so recommendations of shops in Bellvue are also needed.
