Change Fuel Pressure Regulator
I just received my new fuel pressure regulator. However, i dont know exactly where the old one is located under the hood or how to change it. Any help would be appreciated.

Located on the fuel rail, on the side closest to the firewall.
 You can see it in this picture, just follow the blue fuel lines.
