Hello to the 944 Guys
I've still been posting a lot on Off-Topic, but I haven't been around here much since I sold my car to Chris (Legion).
Just wanted to give a shout-out to my pals over here. Someday I will have a P-Car again. Every time I see that picture of a yellow 968 Clubsport, I start thinking of selling a kidney. Someday it will be mine...  .It sure sucked to hear about SoCal passing on. He helped me out a bunch when I owned the 951. Its a hell of a loss for this forum, but luckily we have the search button and his advice remains here. Are AE1969 and Juvy still posting here regularly? Those two are also amazingly good guys. Last I saw, AE1969 had been turboing a 944, which by my estimation means that the universe is folding in on itself and we are all doomed. Did Brad ever put his 944 back together? I am way behind on all of this... My brother at halloween- no explanation needed for those of you who are in the know:

So after everything, now Brad is Porscheless now.
Let me tell you 944 guys something- most other cars suck now. I have never been as comfortable in anything else- the way the transmission tunnel forms a big old armrest, the way the car never needs to be slowed for corners, the way gasoline always seems to start coming out of weird places in the engine... you can't get this with any other car. Take the bad with the good.
