Directional/Hazard problem

Hello all, I have a 1984 944. My problem is that my directionals and hazard lights dont work. I checked the fuses ans relays and I am getting power to both of them. I did recently drop the fuse/relay panel to fix my fuel pump relay socket. That was a succuss, but when I tried my directionals, nothing. They did work before dropping the panel. But I am getting power to the fuse and relay! This is where I am stumped!! What is the proper voltage on the relay? Could a ground have come lose? I don't get it!! Thanks in advance for your help!

What exactly is wrong with the directionals, dont come on? I would try replacing the relay as they do go bad over time. Typically a failed relay will cause the directional and hazards to stay on without a pulse.

Directiontals/hazards don't come on at all outside of car, light goes on inside car without pulse. Relay is relatively new. I'll keep trying!!

If the green light on the gauge cluster comes on solid, try replacing the relay. They are cheap and available from any autoparts store.

Check the lamps and clean the switch assembly is another to do. Wipers work? Come on with out you turning them on ever?

I 2nd the part about if the wipers work or not. If they dont then the problem is at the assembly or you have a connector disconnected.

What do you mean though that your getting power to the relay & fuse? Since you pulled the fuse panel, start there.
