What to snag off of 944S donor car?

I have a 84 944 I'm prepping for NASA Spec racing. I found a later model 944S in my local Pick-N-Pull wrecking yard. I'm wondering what I can grab off of it that would be a usable upgrade for me. I'm limited on upgrades in the Spec class, but I think factory suspension is legal off of any 944. I know the aluminum control arms are supposed to be better, but most of the track guys use the steel because their cheaper and easier to work with. Any suggestions on what I should snag off of the 944S before it gets crushed? Are the 944S better shocks, struts than mine even if they're not an upgraded package? Here are the option codes on the donor car if it helps. M401 M404 M454 M650 M946 thanks.

You can't use the strus, they wont fit, dont think the shocks are the same either. Check the size of the sway bars, they should be better then your stock bars.

Doesn't the "S" have the same tranny as the turbo? The gear ratios are the same as the turbo.

The gear ratios are the same as the 951 but it uses the regular 8v n/a's final drive. It does have a stronger ring and pinion i believe aswell. I still wonder why the factory chose to do this, as the shorter gearing of the 8v n/a's transmission would of made a more peppy car.

Snag the head, cams ect. It will fund a great deal of your project. Good find.

I hadn't thought about reselling, duh. I'll pull the head for sure if its cheap enough. I also thought about pulling the trans to keep as a spare. If its not NASA legal I can probaly sell it too. Funny thing about finding this car. It's in with the RX7's, probably why it hasn't been picked over. I was looking at a 924 in the european section and a guy told me he thought he'd seen a 944 with the Mazda. I asked one of the yard workers, a hispanic guy who barely spoke English if he knew where another Porsche was. Like the old joke, he took me to the covered area with picnic tables. cracked me up. ^Lol I butted in a conversation with strangers because I heard them talk about modifying their Porsche-but they were actually talking about modifying their PORCH. I felt like a moron... Score on finding one in a junkyard, though. Might wanna sell other parts, as well. How's the interior?

I'm trying to make time to get back there in the next couple of days. I won't be a hoarder. If I can't get back to it I'd rather see someone get what they need before it gets crushed.

Take the DME and AFM. If you plan to sell this stuff, I would be interested in those.

It's been heavy rains for days, hopefully it's kept others away too. I plan to go back there tomorrow between downpours if work isn't too crazy.

It's under the floor board on the passenger seat (under where the passenger would rest their feet).
