(NY)Start Planning a T-Belt party for spring?

As a group we should start planning a t-belt party for the spring time when the weather gets a little warmer. I have the t-belt arnnworx complete tool kit with tensioner which i still haven't figured out how to use lol. But it can be made possible for a t-belt party at my house in ellenville ny, 12428. I have all the tools with the tensioner. We can BBQ, beer, hamburger right on the intake lol. Whole 9 yards! Start early so it actually works out when its time......

Well, as I will be replacing my 951's head gasket and cam tower gasket over the next few months, i would be down for a very local timing belt party. Very local meaning my garage.

It's in CT, though, and not a whole lot of places to park... but if people wanted to, I'm sure I could make something happen...

Well sounds like the plan is slowly coming together. It just now we need to get a decision where it should go down, at my house or CT at CJFusco's.

I'm down for a belt changing party - even if I can't get mine changed I'd like to learn. I've changed belts on other interference engines (namely, VW) so maybe I'd be slightly better than pure dead weight!
I could make it either to CT or NY - but just to keep things complicated, I can offer up my place in southwester MA (zip 01245) which is a couple of hours from adrian1's place, and close to CFs. The main benefit being that I have TONS of parking places and am WAY out in the boonies of the Berkshires so we don't need to worry about space. I have a decent compressor and everything - except the special tools - on site.

Well, if I want my car to be there it would probably have to be at my place - unless I could figure out a way to get my car trailered to the location. In all honesty my garage isn't perfectly-suited for a timing belt party, but if people wanted to, we could make it happen. I do have another bay that can be used (it's my upstairs house-mate's, but i'm sure he'd let me use it for an afternoon) and if we did this on, say, a sunday there would probably be plenty of parking...

Moreover, I would REALLY need to get on my horse if I'm gonna do a cam tower gasket and head gasket AND air-oil-separator gasket before this party... but to be honest, the belts are always the aspect of reassembly that worry me.

This is the space we'd be dealing with, plus the other bay and the driveway...

Well I don't even have a garage that is empty but have tons of space and tools, jacks, Tensioner, BBQ, etc so it wouldn't that bad either way.

Yes during a weekend, probably a saturday during late march or april depending on how the weather is.
