Weak headlight on a 1983 944
I have a weak headlight on a 944. Powers up dim in standard and high beam. Any ideas with wjat the problem may be

Bad ground. Check and clean - it's near the headlight, on the side of the frame rail.
For that matter - CHECK ALL YOUR GROUNDS!!

Vaughan, is right check the grounds they are problematic as the cars age. The head light wiring can also be a souce of concern as the wires age and corode they reduce the voltage going to the headlights. The best solution in that case is to replace the wiring to the headlights.
