broken off rad drain plug removal?

I broke off the radiator drain plug, like so many others have, but i can't find a post about how to get the rest of it out. Anybody know how to remove the half that's stuck in there so i can install a new plug?
thx

Heat up the blade of a small flathead screwdriver with a torch, press it into the plastic drain plug, let cool for a moment, and turn.
