Airbag steering wheel question

Ok, so I have an airbag steering wheel. I'm obviously missing something. Can't figure out how the turn signal cancel works, or even the horn. http://s155.photobucket.com/albums/s288/hpservertech/944/parts/airbag/

Am I just missing this part:

And does that part go inside the steering wheel or does it attach to the outside of the wheel.

Thanks

The two screws should mount up on your steering column/turn signal stalk. The orange/brown connector at the bottom of the pic goes through the small hole in the steering wheel and attaches to the air bag element.

You need to get the timing of the white nylon piece in synch with the wheel. It should be about 1 o'clock position before you put the wheel on, allowing the wire to go easily through the hole in the wheel.

Not sure if I remember all of the things to get it to cancel correctly, but I do remember that you have to have things front-to-back positioned correctly to get the tab on the TS stalk to engage with the disk.

Hope this makes some sense and helps!

Keith
