Tranny Differences
Anyone know if there is any difference in the 944 tranny from 83-88. I know there were changes in the motor but havent heard anything about the tranny. Any difference in gear ratios? Quality etc..

I know one thing that changed was the speedometer was moved from the wheel to the transmission. So if you put an early tans in you wont have a speedometer.
