blocked reverse?

when trying to put into reverse it feels like it blocked off when running it grids, and when parked i go from 4th to reverse it feels like it's 1/2 way in. any clue what it is? or any easy fixxes?

Could be a worn out shift lever. Reverse is usually the first gear to give trouble. If you have alot of play in the lever when it's in gear (any gear), that's probably your problem.
