Fuel Pressure too HIGH!! More suggestions??
OK,
Having a fuel pressure problem with my 86 Porsche 944 N/A. I ahve seen that I need around 32 for a PSI. I installed one of those kist from Lindsey racing to installe the Fuel Pressure gauge on the end of the rail. My fuel pressure is reading around 42 PSI. 1. Installed a NEW FPR about 2 months ago, even installed my old one to check the pressure, it read 42 as well, so installed the NEW one back on. 2. Installed a NEW Vacc kit from Lindsey racing. 3. Installed NEW Rotor, Cap, MSD Coil, Lindsey Plug Wires and Bosch Plugs. Bleed off seams to be normal, about 2 or more hours for the fuel pressure to go from 42-0 psi. Suggestions on what to check now? Thanks Mike

can you post a part number for the fuel pump
also check for a restriction in the return line by disconnectiong it and route the fuel to a bottle
