84 944 hesitation

My 944 acts as if its starved for fuel and hesitates when accelerating before the engine is warm. It also runs the same way on a warm restart, but just for a minute or so. What do you guys think?

Could be fuel filter, fpr, clog somewhere or even dirty injectors.

Could also be a vacuum leak.

It's helpful to let us know what troubleshooting steps you have taken or anything that has been replaced recently.
