Wheel Question
Would Wheels from an 84 fit my 88? i prefered the deeper dish on the 84. this new 88 i have are more like the 928 flush mount wheels

You can........ I found this out fairly recently. However, you need at least -3.5 degrees camber. Not exactly street friendly.

what size spacers? i had some on the 84 rear but never payed any attention

what size do you have? are they rear only?

You need 1" spacers in front & rear (20mm)
That assumes the wheels are 52et offset & 7 & 8 wheels, which is typical.

OOh, man, I read that wrong.
No, you can't put the wheels with an early offset on a late offset car. that's why the late cars can't have the fusch wheels like the early ones can. I have seen one or two people that actually did it, but the look was horrible and they ended up cutting tures due to wheel rub. You can put late offset on an early car though, just not the otherway around.
