Accerleration Glitch

Need some help from everyone. GOt an issue with my accerlaration. Have been trying to find the problem with no luck. When you give it gas to accelerate, you can feel a glitch, like it is missing, but don't think it is missing due to a new ignition, rotor, cap, coil, plugs and wires. Installed a NEW Vaccume line kit from lindsey racing. Has a NEW Fuel pressure Regulator, and just changed the fuel filter a few months ago. Have noticed when you are ideling at a light etc. seams to have an idel glitch, very small about 50-possibly 100 RPMs varriation. Not sure if that is tied in with the fuel issue. I am running 42 at the rail, I know too high, can't find that problem. Possible fuel pump? Check valve? Fuel Damper? Bad injector? Thanks for any help. Mike
