Floor Mats - Is Lloyds the way to go?

Are Lloyd's floor mats the way to go for a nice 944 mat?

Does anyone have any photos of a Lloyds mat in black installed in your car?

Thanks,
Spud

Don't have a picture, but I just got a set for my car (Guards Red with black interior) and they look great. Fit is really nice.

I have them in my 993 and 951. Once you get a set, everything else will look like junk.

I used 1/16" aluminum diamond plate. I found a cheap set and reworked the contour to fit each side. I painted them flat black and and topped it with 2 - 3 coats of clear. I found some 3M rubber trim that I used around the perimeter and used silicone to adhere them to the mat. The mats are snug (don't move). I like the way they grip my feet. I replaced my pedals with a set of black powdercoated Rennline pedals and this combination doesn't allow my feet to slip and I shift, accelerate or stop. I like the way it looks.

I looked at other mats but I just don't like how they wear over time. I will attach pics as I am traveling abroad and don't have access to my personal computer.

I just got a set. I chose the wrong color, but that's my own fault! No complaints, they are very nice.

Personally, I like www.cocomats.com.

I've got the black with red dots in my guards red exterior/black interior.

I ordered some Loyds from one of their Ebay Distributors. 5 weeks and nothing has shown up. no replies to emails as well. filed a paypal claim and they jumped all over me and said i can wait the 30 days for paypal to refund me. I am going to try to just order direct from the Loyds site.
