OPRV O-rings
I have the one-piece OPRV p/n 944.107.035.11 (complete with tool marks supplied by the PO's Porsche dealer repair department)
Anyway, the PET shows two rubber o-rings. The green one goes on the end of the OPRV. Where does the other one go exactly? In the middle? At the base along with the aluminum sealing washer? Or worse yet, does it have to be disassembled to install it inside? The FSM only shows one on the end.

I just want to add...
...that I did search this forum for "OPRV" and did not find an answer in any old threads before I posted this...

It has to be disassembled. I just did this about a month ago. There is a service bulletin that someone posted here that covers the disassembly but I can't remember who it was. Basically you carefully clamp the head of the OPRV in a vise and pull the other end by hand until it comes apart. Be careful not to loose any parts when it comes apart. There is a piston, spring, and damper that will try to go flying when it comes apart. You will destroy the inner O-ring when you do this so make sure you have both new O-rings handy before you disassemble. It sounds worse than it is. Good Luck!

I found the thread that had the service bulletin and the instruction on how to disassemble. Look at the fourth post down by John_AZ.

I have to do what?
Thanks a bunch. Just what I was looking for.
Now I know why there are tool marks on the body...
