Turns out it *was* the AOS Seals!

I must have nicked the bottom seal when I put it in last time. Tons of milkshake in the AOS and breather hose. I didn't think the seals had gone bad, not in six months. Hard to tell on the photo, but it's sliced lengthwise on the bottom of the seal.
