Can I fit 4 track day tires inside the car?
If I fold down the back seat can I fit 4 - 225 x 15 Kuhmo V700's on stock rims into the back of my 944 or do I need to put a couple in the passenger seat?

I fit 4 tires (without rims, but it shouldn't really matter) in, so I don't see why not.

I carry 4 225/15 wheels and tires no problem. one goes in the spare wheel well, 2 side by side up towards the seats with the rear seats folded down and one to the side behind those. I also carry a medium sized rubbermaid bin, a good sized tool bag and a floor jack in the back of the car.
I have also carried 10 sets of wheels and tires plus 8 more unmounted tires in my Protege 5. THAT was a tight fit! |
