right side of 924s crushed in, now what?

I got into a car accident, hit a telephone pole and crushed the right side of the car, just the body everything else is fine. The roof is crushed in, windshield spider webbed. What do I need to do now? Would it be easier to find a body and transplant everything or what?

Probably your cheapest route is find a decent 944 with a bad motor or broken timing belt and do a motor transplant if your motor is a nice unit still.

You hit a telephone pole?

Yea, it will be written off. if the roof is wrinkled any then you can bet the frame is toast too.
