Some hip-hopper is probably wearing it around his neck on a chain! That was a big thing years ago around here. Especially Caddy hood crests.

Replace it with the sticker... looks great, and nearly indistinguishable from the badge...

Sleep outside next to the car with a shotgun, Then when you wake up due to someone Taking the badge, Place shotgun barrel in Fools mouth, then Yell BANG!!! See if fool pees him self. Take badge back and walk away.

When I repainted my 911, we filled in the holes for the hood crest so this wouldn't happen. I was going to use a sticker, but after getting the car back together, I fell in love with the clean look, and have no badges, stickers or embems anywhere on the car.
If anybody doesn't recognize it as a Porsche, they don't care, and I don't need to tell them. When I paint the 944, I'm going to do the same thing. |

Dude. I dont know about out there but around here Earl Shieb did such crappy work they went out of business. I mean they would paint cars without even washing them. No sanding or prep work whatsoever. I bet an independent would do that for a coupla hundred if you paid in cash.
