I am replacing all the front and rear seals on my 86 944t. I was wondering if aftermarket stuff is just as good at the OE ? Anyone had any bad experiences with Aftermarket timing belts, or seals ? Also can you use the Na water pump on a Turbo ?

I use continental belts and if it hasn't been done for a while Like 60K, i'd check the rollers to (and if they sound like roller skates, replace them) usually in a kit with both belts
I ordered new seals from ***************....I think they work well, atleast not leaking-wise yes the water pumps are the same I believe, but you have to reuse the coolant elbow from yours (turbo) because the n/a's have a block off

I prefer the Gates belt but I think Continental is fine also. If it's not one of those two I wouldn't use it (just because I don't know if it's good or not).
I got nearly all my stuff from Pelican - good price & great service.
