new clutch plate
i am installing a new clutch plate on my 83 944 i was just wondering if there are any pins or bolts that need to be replaced along with it

Most people replace the pressure plate bolts - and if you take the flywheel off (to have it re-surfaced) those bolts can be replaced as well. It's cheap insurance against stripping a bolt next time the job is done.

Have you gone through www.clarks-garage.com to see how much of a job it is?
For 18 hours you might as well do a lot more then just the plate.
