Base specs for my '86
 

What would have my '86 na 5spd have cost brand spankin new. Also does anybody know the correct hp and weight. I am trying to gather up specs for a car show.

HP is rated at 147bhp @ 5800rpm and 140ft-lbs @ 3000 rpm (TQ figures vary from 137-144 depending where you read from).

Weights are all over the place. It depends where you look. I have an issue of R&T from '87 that tested all of the 944 variants available in '87 (924S, 944, 944S and 951). They list curb weight as 2965lbs for an '86 944. I would go by what is listed in the owners manual.

Ok well i dont have a manual. I bought one on ebay and hopefully it will be here on time. I scored one with the warranty book for 30$. thought i couldnt go wrong there
