I'd give Lindsey Racing a call and they could probably help find you the correct adapter.

I'm going to try to make my own adapter as well.
For those wondering, the size for the fitting is 12mm x 1.5 on the fuel rail. Supposedly the fittings to make an adapter can be found at ACE Hardware so I'll be trying that soon.

I had a hard time finding the right sizes at the local parts stores, so I got a new cap ($6) and had a local guy drill, tap and braze an adapter to the end of the old cap ($10). If you can do the work yourself great, if not, I'm sure someone local can help.

Check out http://www.clarks-garage.com/ under the shop manual section they've got the instructions to make an adapter.
I made mine using their instructions. The hardest part was finding chunk of scrap metal to drill out.

I just use mine to check the pressure if I have problem. I simply removed the cap and hose clamped the hose over the fitting. After doing so, piull on it pretty good to make sure it is tight. I would not use set-up for a permanent gauge connection.

The easiest, cheapest, and the solution I use:
A 6" section of rubber hose of the appropriate size with a gauge stuck in one end and hose clamps holding the gauge and the fuel rail on. jmd_forest
