Someone mentioned that you may need new AOS "O" rings to solve the problem.

I wasn't sure so I searched:
951 w/ oil in intake manifold

HondaDustR put a lot of pictures up ---move down a bit:
Fuel injector job in pictures.

IF this is your problem, it is a bit of work....
Air Oil Separator

Ours is the AOS seals. If you live where weather is rather humid and you can work on the car during the condensing (you know, condensation) hours of the day, you can find droplets of water in the intake boot after running the car for a couple minutes. You can also just look in your intake boot to see where the mix is coming from, the line attached to the left of the boot or the one attached to the bottom of the boot.

I like HondaDustR's write up. Has anyone made a custom intake to get some straighter air flow?

ANother way to keep this kinda stuff from happining is with a crank case breather kit, Keeps all the nasty crank case deposites out of the intake and vents it

Thanks for the links. I just pulled my manifold off and oil is everywhere. Now I'm going to have to replace a bunch of vacuum hoses.

Does anyone know if the hole next to the AOS hole was supposed to have some sort of cap or hose on it?

That hole in the block is supposed to be there. The AOS seals on my '87 n/a were leaking pretty badly when i bought it. Bad enough i had external leakage down the side of the pan. After i replaced those i think my oil consumption was practically cut down by half. No doubt from whatever was leaking on the side of the pan and making it back through the intake,
