I actually started a new thread on the injectors.

If I still have issues with them I will definitely consider someone local though, good idea I hadn't thought about.

Replace your sensors.

Beamer ones are half the price.

Hello,
What model and year BMW are you speaking of? From what I've seen, the P944 Bosche # is: W0133-1608773 Manufacturer number: W0133-1608773
---
AND/OR:
---
BS0261210003 Manufacturer number: 0261210003

While the BMW Bosche # is:

BS0261210002 | Mfr #: 0261210002
---
AND/OR
---
W0133-1613778 | Mfr #: W0133-1613778

Could you please clarify?

Thank you

No worries,

My '83 has been running with BMW 633CSi(09/81-84)/635CSi(1985-05/87) sensors since 2008. I paid about $70USD each I think.

Pelican part number is 12-14-1-708-619-M14. Sorry don't know the bosch number off the top of my head. I may still have the box with the old originals in it at home. I'll have a look when I get home from work this arvo.

Cheers

Optional Bosch number 0.261.210.002 ----sensor with slightly longer wire.

The 944 OEM Bosch part number is 0.261.210.003

Pelican sells the OEM sensor with the silver metal cap on the end or the cheaper version -all plastic black.

Pelican Parts - Product Information: 944-606-115-00-M14

Or the cheaper FAE (not often mentioned or purchased for the 944)

Well. I dont have an oscilloscope, couldn't really do more tests. Jiggled and checked for corrosion. Everything was fine. Couldn't handle it. Last thing before I called it quits and went in side, I decide to fit the new sensor. WHAT DO YOU KNOW. fired right up. Thank god. I really appreciate the guidance! I still learned a lot about electrical nonsense so it wasn't a total loss.

My sensors gave me grief initally, I sprayed some CRC (light machine oil) at them then left them for a day. They came out with no effort.http://lifehealthus.com/image/images/93.gif
