Rebuild Bolts/Fasteners
Hey guys,
I'm rebuilding my 951 and I don't want to use the same 'ol fasteners again. What I'm looking for is a complete listing of all the bolts, washers, nuts, etc. I want to just order them all at once and replace everything. Is this possible? Otherwise I'm going to have to go in there and count and measure all of them, which I'm trying to avoid for obvious reasons. Does anyone know where I can come by something like this? |

Take a look at http://dcauto.gotdns.com/catalog/group/3585451/1 for the parts breakdown. I would give them a call and ask about a group purchase of all of the parts or a reference. I don't know of a single vendor that breaks everything down to a single spec sheet in a shop manual. It would be nice!

this is what we do in my restoration shop. becouse of the high cost of hardwere and authenticity. we use a vibratory tumbler cost about 300 bucks . then we tin zinc plate cost was about 90 bucks for the kit . depending on the amount of hardwere you have to do it might be a better way to go . when your finished you could sell the tumbler and get that cost back . i think a place like eastwood would have it for the do it your selfers ? it will not do damage to the threads and they come out looking new .

Thanks Techno Duck! Printed that thread out and threw it in the notebook. Should be a big help with my projects.
