helping installing fuel vent tank

Bought the car with no vent tank. Just got the vent tank and lines (including valve) but since i didn't see how it was installed now I'm trying to put it in I have no idea where the exit line mounts and exits the the vehicle? From DC diagram link I'm unsure where #19/20 mount and exit behind the wheel well?? Help please

Also... the windshield washer pump on top of the tank -- i've just replaced and don't know what 'D' and 'B' are to know which of the two hoses to connect (also wasn't there when i bought the car).
