loss of power while running???
 

hi everyone this is my first post
i have a 87 944s ive just recently done a ton of work to it i got all new belts, a tune up, new radiator, new altinator, new trans axels, new tires, new front bearings, new thermostat and i think a couple other things i cant think of off the top of my head. i am still having the same problem tho my idle jumps and im getting some back fire and the car just isnt running consistant ill lose power and the temp gage will go up but i tested it and even tho the temp gauge is high the motors not running hot any help at all with what the problem could be? I NEED HELP

got to bleed the air in the cooling system, should be where the upper rad hose goes into the head, there's a bleeder screw you turn out to get the air out. and it sounds like you have a vacuum leak, and its affecting the idle valve
