help with 951 frotn end conversion
 

after swapping out the fenders, headlights and header panel i cant get the bumper cover to fit over the 951 bumper. there just isn't any room for the bumper and back of the fog light housing. what am i doing wrong?

I had this problem as well when I did my conversion, are you using the turbo shocks for the metal turbo under bumper? I learned that the hard way, turbo bumper shocks are different from NA shocks, also the metal under bumper sits under the top lip of the plastic turbo bumper. Pleas message me if you have any other questions, I just did this conversion a couple of months ago and its all fresh in my head.
