3 bar fuel pressure regulator.
Installed a 3 bar fuel pressure regulator on my '88 924S last night. I didn't get it out on the street but it seems to respond to throttle blips better. Note that I already installed a throttle cam and performance chip. I know the chip has the car was running richer (more fuel consumption and richer smell). It also seemed to slightly miss at low rpm and idle (especially when the engine is cold). Am I imagining that the 3 bar regulator has improved these issues?

Installing a 3 bar FPR will increase the amount of fuel going into the engine, so unless your old FPR was broken, you will end up running richer than you did before.
