Weird running problem
 

Afetr a couple of months, I have my car up and running (time varies) for a little bit. I replaced my speed/ reference sensors the other day, and when I finally got her started, she ran for about 15 seconds at first, then cut out. It took her a while to finally turn over. I had almost no gas in the tank, had just over the bottom line on the guage, Id say I had about 2-3 gallons in there, light wasn't on, but I put about 8 gallons in. Lately she fires up, and will run for 5-15 minuets, then she will cut out and I cant start her right after. I will wait a few minuets, and she will start and run for a little bit, and cut out. I just went out side, and let her run for 5 minuets, and I shut her off and started her right back up, and ran for a minuet or so, and I shut her off. What could be the problem with the running fine for a little bit, then shutting down. My thoughts were that I may have water in the fuel tank, or cloged injectors. I bought STP gas treatment ("removed water from fuel line) and STP feul treatment (cleans entire fuel system) and she has been running a little longer/ slightly better since then.
