fender molding removal?

How does one get the molding off the fender? the little strip that says 16 ventiler?

It is glued on with a really very sticky glue. You can use a heat gun to soften the glue. Patience is the key. Take your time.

The S2 really looks nice and clean with no side moulding and emblems in the back.
