1986 944 remote start
My alarm system supports remote start and i also have the module.
But i cant find a diagram to identify which wire is which on the ignition barrel. Can anybody help me out by posting one here? Many thanks in adavnce.

Check these links, I just installed a remote start on my car about 2 months ago, works well, just have to remember to leave the car in neutral.

Thanks for the reply.
Thats just what i was looking for. I fiited the alarm and cental locking last year , just never got around to fitting the remote start. Once again thanks. Great help.

I have followed the wiring codes as listed in the links above , but still cant get the car to start by remote.
Does anybody know which wire carries 12v when cranking the engine? I know black/red is for the starter,but which wire operates 12v when cranking?
