Axle swap, 924s to 944
I have a 1983 944 and a 1987 924s parts car. The cv boots on the 83 are ripped. I was wondering if I can take the axles off the 87 and put the on the 83?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

It looks like the thing I would have to remove is the rear suspension fron the
924s and put it on the 944 and it would fit? Please say yes. There has to be a way considering it is the same engine and almost the same car aside from the fenders. |

You could rescue the good CV joints and swap them onto the appropriate axles.

Yeppers, you could do that, but it would be a colossal waste of time.
