oil pump compatability?
Ok, so I got into the motor I got a couple days ago and the internal parts, and I mean ALL of them, look like the thing drove to hell and back on the same change of oil!
 Even the OPRV looks scoured inside!So I'm looking at a 84 short block with only 81K miles on it within pickup range, but it doesn't have an oil pump. Will the pump off of the motor from my car (87 924S) bolt up, or are early/late pumps different?
