Advice on chainging the Brake Proportioning Valve - 968

I have a 92 968 that according to the parts diagram the brake proportioning valve is attached to the ABS unit rather than the master cylinder. I have checked to verify this and have found it to be a bit difficult to locate. My questions are...

Am I blind. I have changed out the ABS unit on my 5 series. I know what they look like. How can I be having difficulty finding this thing.

As it is attached to the ABS unit are there any special instructions I should know? (Other than really bleed the system after the swap.)

Any pitfalls I should know about?

Thanks for any help you can offer. I appreciate it.

ABS unit is located behind the fender liner in the passenger fender. Nothing special really to do, just bleed system as you said.

that is where it is - it is screwed right into the top of the ABS unit - a pain in the butt to change too

it would be a lot easier to change with the fender removed

prepare to get soaked in brake fluid

you have a PM
