What bumper is this?

I found this car on this forum, and i was wondering what front bumper this is?

At first, i thought he/she just shaved the rubber bumper parts and license plate, but then i noticed that it doesn't stick out as far as the normal N/A front bumper.

Thumbs up to whoevers car that is

Put on a pair of safety glasses. Drill a hole in the back of the shock and be prepared for the pressurized oil to squirt out. Drain the oil. Compress the shock to desired length. Weld or pin the shock at said length.

Unless I'm mistaken, that is drift a 944's old porsche. It is one of my favorite 944s I've seen. I am also interested in compressing my front and rear bumpers so maybe I'll look into that as well.
