'87 924S Headlight issues
Hi, so my 924 which im working on has a bunch of problems, one being the headlights, the switch works and so does the motor, but the when i turn it on the headlights dont pop up or turn on, i can tell that the switch is not the issue because when you flip it the power noticably dims, and turns on the side marker lights. When i tried manually turning the motor to the "up" position i had the headlight switch on, to try and get it set right, and they still didnt come on, but when i turned the switch to off with the headlights up, they went down. Im very confused about this and have tried replacing the relay thats on the motor since that seemed like the most likely thing.

Welcome to the forum.
Read www.clarks-garage.com. There is a wealth of info there. On the left side of the site you will see a ling, "Garage Shop manual." Click on that then click on "H" for headlight. Click on the link and you will find a lot of information there. Try that link and report back if you need further help.

I assumed you checks all your fuses and relays. Double check them again. Pull each one out and re-seat them.
